iPod disabled

My iPod 4th or 5th generation is disabled. I forgot the passcode and have it really messed up and didn’t want to mess up my iPhone. I need to reset it and don’t have or have access to a computer. How can I get access to my iPod or reset it and then download the information. Please help me.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPod touch, or your iPod touch is disabled - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211080

If you don't have a computer, use a friend's or go to an Apple Store and have them reset it for you.
