160 GB in iCloud storage "Documents"
iCloud says I have 160 GB of files in my Documents folder, but when I open the folder the list of items there is nowhere near 160 GB. Any idea what's going on? Thank you.
Mac mini, macOS 11.3

Hi PatrickinBellevue,
Thanks so much for clarifying. As the categories in the storage graph shown may represent data from multiple different apps and sources, you'll want to examine your iCloud storage in finer detail to decrease the amount of storage taken by documents.
To do so, click on the option to Manage Storage, then inspect the different items on the left-hand sidebar to determine which options may be storing documents in iCloud, and then delete any items you can, as needed.
Let us know if you've had a chance to attempt any of the helpful tips in the following guide:

Take care!
Thanks for responding. I see it when I launch System Preferences and click on the Apple ID icon at the top. After I click on it a bar is displayed at the bottom that shows how much storage I'm using. Currently is says I have 160 gigabyte stored in Documents.
I meant to type "it says." Sorry.
Thank you very much for your help.
