Hello! iphone is a work phone at my company. Employees previously lost their Apple ID and iTunes login information on their work phone. how can I change the password if there is only a name id

Is the Apple ID a managed Apple ID owned by the business, or is it one that is a personal Apple ID?
If it is a business one, it can be reset in Apple Business Manager.
If it is a personal Apple ID that is using a business email address, you may be able to use the email address to recover the ID.

You have to have the Apple ID to reset the password.
See if they can recover the ID/password. Use every email address they can think of.

If they forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if they can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary.
