The Music App on my Ipod Touch continually crashes. I have done a factory reset. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. No matter what I do, I am unable to open the app. Aside from sending the Ipod back for repairs, are there any other options?

I was able to get it working by using a backup, though that was about two years old. The information is still useful, I'm going to contact them anyway, see if there is anything else they can tell me. Much appreciated.
