I have iPhone 6. I am not using my upi & their transection .so how my phone update and when 13.4 iOS version update in my phone ...

If you bought an iPhone 6 2 years ago, you got ripped off. The iPhone 6 was discontinued almost 5 years ago.
An iPhone 6 cannot update past iOS 12.5.3. If you need a newer iOS version, you will need a newer phone.
