I think someone hacked my email Or Microsoft account and my computer seems hacked my phone is acting funny

What is the phone doing abnormally?


 As a precaution, change your password(s).


 Apple ID Password Change.      


 What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
