My iPhone screen is unresponsive what should I do? I tried everything hard reset, restore factory settings through iTunes but still its same

Reading the basic troubleshooting steps you already performed (to no avail), I suggest that you make an appointment and have your iPhone inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
