Search in finder with spotlight dont work properly

Spotlight shows a lot of the crap on the net, but cant show items in applications. I have reindexed. Are there other metods? thanks for any help

If you are looking for files in your drive I suggest you use Finder search. Command-F. You can customize the search to your heart’s content and even save the search parameters as a smart folder.
