Hey guys idk who can help me but, I have notice this problem a couple of days where my phone is ringing and I am not hearing the sound I went in and turn the ringing volume up but that didn’t fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Some things to check:

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207099
Do Not Disturb: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204321
If none of the above, also try restarting: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559
