I can’t download free games

I have no credit card on my account. When I try to download free apps, I get a re occurring enter payment info. I need help please

Unless there is a NONE option in the payment methods of your account details, then you must have a payment method listed, even for free apps.

If you don't have a bank card, you can buy & redeem an iTunes/App Store gift card.
