My iPhone 7 is disabled because I couldn’t remember passcode and I don’t have access to iTunes!

You will need to reset your passcode. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.

You have stated that you do not have iTunes. You can download iTunes from a Windows PC. If you have a Mac then you do not need iTunes on macOS Catalina or Big Sur. Older macOS versions will require iTunes which you can install from the App Store app on your Mac.

If you do not have a computer then try and borrow one from a family member or a friend. You may also check to see whether your local Apple Store or an Authorized Service Center will allow you to use their computer.
