not allowing me to request a refund
I have a gift card that is not working when trying to redeem it, but I am going around in circles with the request refund interface, because it just says not reportable online - but there are not alternatives!

Review the steps listed in If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support, and then use the "Contact Apple Support" link located at the bottom of the Support Article.
