Hello I am looking to share a portion of The Me You Can't See to my students; however the video screen is black. You can see the captions. Is Apple blocking the video from displaying?

I think it is indeed blocked.
Apple TV+ content is licensed to you for personal purposes. Users are not allowed to share licensed content freely, and may be blocked to do that (i.e. screen share through video conferencing software).
