ACCESS MESSAGES ON PC

I am wanting to access my messages from my pc, but I am not sure how to do so. I am not use a MAC, it is PC.

How do I go about this?

There is no way. iOS, iPadOS and MacOS have proprietary operating system features that allow them to share messages (a feature called Continuity). But there is no such connectivity for Windows or any other computer operating system.
