Hello there VGDave,

We understand you're having some issues connecting your Mac to a specific Wi-Fi network. Let's take a closer look as we do our best to provide some additional insight.

To get started, can you connect your Mac to any other Wi-Fi networks at all? We understand other devices are able to connect, but we want to see if the issue is isolated to this network, or if it happens with all Wi-Fi connections on other networks as well.

In the meantime, what exactly happens when you try to connect or use the internet? For example, do you get any specific error message at all, or does it show connected, just no web pages load up?

Also, is this a private Wi-Fi network, or some kind of public or shared network? Does it use WPA, WPA2/WPA3 or another kind of security? Which one does it use? If you haven't already, you can also use these steps to run Wi-Fi diagnostics: Use Wireless Diagnostics on your Mac

We hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction.

Take care.
