Have you been to the HP support website, click on the link below,

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-6000-all-in-one-printer-series/29256672/model/30153277

Using the operating selector you can see that it is supported in Big Sur 11.2.

There is software you can download to set up your printer.

This is also an AirPrint printer and therefore does not need any drivers so should work straight away.
