At what maximum capacity should a battery be replaced?

My battery’s max capacity is 87% and I’m noticing it drains quickly. When should it be replaced?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

When Battery Health reaches 80%, it is time to replace the battery. You can make an appointment at any Apple Store for battery service....

80% is the normal capacity to replace the battery, unless there is a message under the Peak Performance heading that says the battery is no longer operating at peak performance.
