I need help canceling my icloud storage plan

I need help canceling my storage plan every time i go to downgrade there isn't a downgrade option

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

If you're not able to do like this procedure Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support, call Apple Support so they can check your account Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
