How can I watch a rented movie on my Windows PC through the apple TV app???

Is there any way I can watch a movie I just rented on my pc? I just rented it off of my phone from the app and I cant seem to find anything rather than what apple TV+ has to offer (which is hardly anything). There isn't even a search button let alone any other streaming apps I have connected such as Disney+ and Hulu. Everything else shows up on my iPhone and my appleTV but not on my PC. I think it may be because my laptop is a windows PC but I assume it should still be just as compatible as it states that windows is a device appleTV can be used on. Please help lmao.
