Hi Ebralidze,

Welcome to the Apple Community, where some of us do our best to help each other.

Apple Support has articles online that can help you see what the withdrawal was for:

You might want to browse these links and follow the ones that seem best for your situation:

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201382

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088

NB. The article has a link to follow if you want to request a refund.

OR

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

If you need to manage your Apple ID account details:

How to check or cancel subscriptions:

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT202039

If the subscription you want to cancel is not listed

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

Cancelling subscriptions is slightly different in Israel and South Africa, Turkey

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT206627

Or:

Apple has a link for cancelling a subscription on this billing webpage:

https://support.apple.com/en-au/billing

If you still need help:

You might want to contact Apple for support and service:

See a list of Apple phone numbers around the world:

OR

Please feel free too, to "Post" here again, if we can be of assistance.

Hope this information is not "too much" ... but helps you resolve the situation :)
