Deleting emails on my iPhone 8
I cannot delete emails on my iPhone 8--and I need to do that!

Non-icloud IMAP mail like hotmail:
Settings, Mail, Accounts
Delete the account
restart the phone.
Add the account back.
iCloud mail:
Settings, your name, iCloud
Turn off Mail
Restart the phone
Turn it back on
