Photos library moved for some seconds

Accidentally I moved Photos Library to another folder and then moved back to its original place.

After that, Photos is not updated from iCloud anymore.

How can I solved that?

Thank you.

You may want to check, if the library is still your system Photos library.

  • Quit Photos, if it is running.
  • Then double click the moved Photos Library to open it.
  • look at the menu item Photos > Preferences > General: use as System Photos Library. If it is not greyed out, click it. Then go to Photos > Preferences > iCloud and enable agin iCloud Photos.

Has the folder you moved the library go been on the same volume? If not, the move may have been incomplete.
