I accidentally deleted the "All Inboxes" option. It contained three mailboxes that remain as separate mailboxes under their own heading; however, I want to have all three of them combined under one heading. How can I create a new mailbox that contains all three of these separate mailboxes.

Hover over the right side of the Favorites header. Click the + button.
The resulting dialog will let you add it back.
