Recipe Book no longer accessible on latest iOS update

I can’t open my RecipeBook App now that my my IPad has updated automatically to IOS 14.6. When I press on the icon it comes up with “RecipeBook needs to be updated my the developer”. It won’t let open it at all and I have many treasured recipes in there.

would you please help?

I found this in the Recipe Book app review area today. This may well explain all your issues.
