IPad blacks out with Facebook

while using the Facebook app on my iPad the app crashes and closes down my iPad!

So I can use Facebook generally fine and it is up to date etc, it has the auto update running to keep it up to date at all times.

This issue only happens when I am using the market place if I scroll for more than a page the app closes and it sends me to a Lock Screen this has always happened since I’ve had this new iPad Air.

has anyone else had this issue?
