i find that i cant convert my keynote to powerpoint with the export function. it always goes back to home. Why?

If you already followed (to no avail) the steps provided in this page:--> Export to PowerPoint or another file format in Keynote on iPad - Apple Support, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=psp&SG=SG007
