Apple TV 4K (2021) only supports Dolby Atmos in the Apple TV+ app? Not in Netflix, Stan or Binge?

Is anyone else noticing that Apple TV 4K (2nd Gen 2021) is not supporting Dolby Atmos in Netflix, Stan, Binge or Amazon Prime?

I spoke with Apple Tech support today and they explained that only the subscription Apple TV+ supports Dolby Atmos and that the other app's need to catch-up and update their products.

This is frustrating because when I leave Apple TV and go into the native TV's Netflix app (LG CX OLED) then all of a sudden Dolby Atmos appears as an audio option. But when you jump back into Apple TV 4K and click on the very same title all is says for the audio format is 5.1 (not Dolby Atmos).

Apple, when might we see this issue addressed?

When Dolby Atmos is activated for the device, then it would be available to all apps that can stream content with this format audio.

Stan offers 5.1, but not Atmos at this time.

Binge offers 5.1, but not Atmos at this time.

Netflix offers Atmos with their Premium plan on select content.

Amazon Prime offers Atmos for select titles, but you have to search for titles that have it, and they may offer lesser audio by default.
