I want to ask about backup time machine using flash drive. Is it possible? If yes, let’s say, I’m using 256 gb flash drive can i use as time machine backup for once then, I reformat it to backup next time if necessary.

Time Machine is designed to backup to an external hard drive either conventional spinning disk or SSD.
Using a flash drive is not recommended as they take far too long to write to, and 256GBs is not really big enough.
Buy an external hard drive they are not expensive.

Try it if you like, but it is not recommended.
Flash Drives, regardless of Size are not reliable enough to trust all the TM Backups on. They are prone to failure and then all the TM Backups are done forever.
