The Canon PRO-200 is mentioned in the June 01, 2021 edition of About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that it can be used without the need for drivers when connected to a network (router). The printer and the computer must be on the same network. An AirPrint-enabled printer is supported by macOS.
