App charged for a year subscription

I have two lines. The person on my account thought he deleted a app along time ago, and was charged yesterday for a year subscription. Who can I talk to about fixing that?

You will need to cancel the subscription correctly.

Managing auto-renewing subscriptions -

Then you will need to ask Apple directly for a refund.
