iMac Migration - eMail Accounts Missing

I have migrated from a 2009 iMac (El Capitan) to a 2019 iMac running Big Sur. The new iMac's MacMail has no email accounts installed. It appears completely empty. How do I get them back?

So, the next stage in my saga…

Big Sur's mailbox arrangement/content is nothing like the one I had on my old Mac - it's just a very basic; inbox, drafts, sent, junk and bin mailbox for each account.

Is there an *easy* way to recreate the mailboxes that I had before migration and populate them with the emails each mailbox had (I had a lot)?
