There is a white flag in the top right hand corner of my ipad home screen. Can anyone tell me what it means?

The “flag” is definitely not system generated. Appearing only on Home Screens and not when Apps are displayed would suggest that this an element of your chosen wallpaper image.


If the image has appeared only after setting your wallpaper image - and is not an element of the wallpaper image itself - then an installed App is generating the icon.
