Share playlist option no longer available

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re not seeing the option to share a playlist in Apple Music. We’ll be happy to help.

Are you using an iPhone? If so, are you able to go to a playlist you’ve created on your iPhone, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, and choose the share option? If that’s not an option, is that the case for all playlists? If so, were they created on the iPhone or synced from a computer?

This option can help you set up Apple Music to share with friends: See what friends are listening to in Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device.

Do the new playlists that won't play have music from a source other than the Apple Music Library? For instance, did you sync music from your computer, or save the music from another source? If you create a new Playlist now, do you run into the same behavior? If not, you may need to remove the playlists that don't have the share option, and recreate them.
