Ok, not sure what question you are asking here, you should be able to go to Settings > Apple ID (at the top) > iCloud and then from there, you'll be able to take care of whatever you need with your iCloud account and update it for more storage or whatever it is that you're looking to do.
You update your billing information and put the card that you want to use on file. Once you have the card on file, you pick what package you want for your iCloud and how much storage you want and then sign up.
sorry why do you get me that a gusting answer and probably am on here for an help not still telling me to go back on my iCloud to do that myself when I can’t resolve the issue myself that’s why am on here and you telling me this
