Airplane mode is off on my watch but it still has red symbol on top?? What do I do??

Swipe down from the top and check for notifications. See if that clears the red dot.

I agree, that little red dot means you have notifications, however, you can check if you are in airplane mode if you hold at the bottom and swipe up.
