iPhone Xs was released now about 3 years ago. Batteries are consumable parts and with every full cycle charge, the battery health will diminish as ALL batteries do. Battery health NEVER goes up, so your request to increase your battery health defies physics. When your battery health declines to 80% or lower, it will then be time for you invest in a new battery, which you can get installed at your Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service provider for $69.
