Each time I try to upload a profile picture to my iCloud account nothing happens, it just remains blank like I did nothing, I've tried for days to get this working both on the website and my iPhone, and nothing has worked...
I really need to fix this.

I found a solution.
It turns out the problem was from contacts, I had to un-sync all my contacts from my iPhone and deleted them from the phone,
then I uploaded the profile picture and it worked then synced the contacts back to the phone
