When I make a voice call or send a voice message, another person hardly hear me

Test mics on your iPhone with apps such as Voice Memos, Camera (record video using front and back camera), FaceTime. See if same thing is happening with low audio.

If same thing is happening, get your iPhone for service to Apple Retail Store or Authorised Service Provider.
