Is there any solution for the overheating mac?

There may be information gained by use of Activity Monitor, in so much as

useful knowledge can be found from features within macOS itself. And so

much can be learned, too.

Depending on the hardware product the stated macOS runs in, there

can be useful temperature monitor fans control (freeware) software.

A good tool, since it lets you change the Fan speed & Sensor location.

Even on a few macs without cooling fans: heat sensors can say a lot.

Allows a choice of sensor locations, and lets you experiment too.
