Sounds like you might want to check your payment info. is up-to-date.

(Sometimes the expiry date needs updating, etc.,.)

Your Apple ID is the account you use for everything Apple.

including iTunes, App Store, iCloud, Subscriptions etc

my tablet says update payment info when i click on continue nothing happens?

trying to put new visa card in! it comes up to update payment information on left and continue on right when i click on continue nothing happens?
