How can I use my Imac 2020 version as a dual monitor with my Macbook Air 2017?

How can I use my iMac (27 in, 2020) Version 11.4 as my main dual monitor with my MacBook Air (13 inc, 2017) Version 11.3.1? I have the thunderbolt 3 adaptor and cable and tried the Command + F2, but will not work. Please help!

Sadly, no.

Once upon a time Apple supported that feature in the iMac line, but no more.

It hasn't been a feature of iMac since the 2014 models.
