I delete my App Store by accident now I can’t get back

how can I download back my App Store

No, you cannot have deleted AppStore from your iPad. That's impossible.

Check better if the AppStore icon has been accidentally moved to a different screen page or "hidden" into a folder.

If you still can't find it, check:

Settings>Screen Time>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&AppStore Purchases... the first 3 options must be set to "Allow". When done, restart your iPad.
