How do I copy my data from android to ipad without losing it on android phone , all the instructions say 'move', not 'copy'

To my knowledge, the "Move to iOS" procedure is a standard "copy&paste" process.

For belts and suspenders safety, create a full backup of your android device in advance.

Then follow these instructions:--> Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

or these:--> Move content manually from your Android device to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
