locked myself out of my iphone

i forgot my passcode to get into my phone and am currently locked out. how can i get my passcode off phone to get access to my phone again

You have to erase the device using a computer. That is the only way to remove the passcode. See this for instructions.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
