I lost my passcode for my iphone7 plus. I am trying to restore my phone.

I have opened the restore screen on my iPhone. It is connected to my dell computer. I don’t know where to find the information about the iPhone on my dell computer. Windows explorer files doesn’t even show that the iPhone is connected.
