How do I change the default weather on my watch face to another city

In the Watch app on the iPhone, scroll down to My Watch > Weather. The default city can be changed right there.
If that other city is not listed there yet, open the Weather app on your iPhone and add it to the locations in there first. When you go back to Watch app, it should then appear there too.
