how to remove activation lock from my Ipad
I have my ID name also my new password but when a put both in my ipad i can not get in , for the activation lock

Only the original owner can remove Activation Lock please:
- Get in touch with the previous owner
- If you are the original owner of the device, please follow the steps at Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – Apple Support. You may need to supply your original proof of purchase to Apple to get this sorted.
