Panic Attack

My MacBook Pro restarts overnight and lists "panic(cpu 6 caller 0xffffff7f97768804): "Graphics firmware encountered an exception (eip: 0x13912, fault #: 0xd)\n"@icl/sched3/

Review the panic log and look for last loaded kexts. That can sometime help diagnose an issue.
