Mail app is not connecting on my iMac only.
Does anyone know how to repair the mail program when it no longer connects to email?

Are you getting any error message when you try to connect?
Reboot your computer and see if the problem goes away.
If that doesn't fix the issue, see if the problem still happens in Safe mode.

Does the problem persist while in Safe mode?
Exit safe mode by restarting your Mac normally and re-evaluate the issue again after a normal reboot

Thank you! I did a simple reboot the computer & my email came right back. Never had to try safe-mode. Just the usual shut-down & reboot. Email came right up. I appreciate your help.
