How to create a El Capitan bootable drive from the InstallMacOSX.dmg?

I have an old iMac that has broken System.

I need to erase and reinstall the complete software. I have complete erased the drive.

First I've tried to use the Restore option from web, but it didn't worked.

So, I've downloaded Mac OS El Capitan from Apple official web site. It's an image called InstallMacOSX.dmg inside there is a InstallMacOSX.pkg

I need to make a bootable USB, to make a fresh install on this computer.

To make this I'm using a MacBook Pro Retina Early 2015 running macOS Big Sur.

How can I do it?

Get the installer from it, click here, and follow the instructions.
